BookaCook is run by Emma Evans, qualified (BA Hons) in Hotel & Hospitality Management, with catering experience of over 15 yrs, working in Italy, France, Dubai and the UK. Emma moved to Monmouthshire with her husband and children from the Isles of  Scilly, where they ran a busy 3 star hotel.

Now almost 5 yrs old, BookaCook has catered for many different occasions including black tie 5 course dinners, canape receptions, large birthday parties, wedding receptions, wedding breakfasts, intimate dinner parties and freelanced for the Earl & Countess of Wessex. Emma believes in using fresh local seasonal produce, creating simple yet delicious and stunning home cooked food full of flavour.
